Safety Day Celebration 2018 PT Kutai Timber Indonesia

Mr. Satoshi Kawanami, as the President Director of PT KTI, delivered a speech to remind all participant to look after self and company-safety. It is one way ahead to make KTI as a prosperous company for sustainable income in the future.

Probolinggo – PT Kutai Timber Indonesia held a ceremony of Safety Day III on March 17, 2018, at the Particle Board field of PT KTI. This ceremony is used as a reminder for all employees and management to keep prioritizing work safety in order to demonstrate KTI as zero-accident company.

The ceremony was attended by all employees, staffs, and executives board from Sumitomo Forestry Japan. In this event,  Mr. Satoshi Kawanami, as the President Director of PT KTI, delivered a speech to remind all participant to look after self and company-safety. It is one way ahead to make KTI as a prosperous company for sustainable income in the future.

In the ceremony, some rewards and certificates given by KTI's management to the employees who are actively contributing  ideas to create Zero-Accident company. The rewards are given to Mr. Mahrus (Production Engineering 1), Br. Husnul Alamsyah (PPC Production 1), and Anggih Dwi (Arr.Core Production 1). Besides, some appreciation were also given to the Visual Management, for  MT P2, MT P1, MT Particle Board.

After the ceremony, all employees and staff were collectively performed istigozah (collective pray), wishing for safety so the operational  activities of PT KTI can run smoothly and safely. The event was led by Ustadz Ahmad from Pondok Pesantren Triwung Probolinggo.

The Safety Day Event of PT KTI Period III was closed by a collective clean-up along the company area and surrounding environment (Kampong Dock - Mayangan). All employees and staff were participated in this event. This activity is intended to keep the company and surrounding environment clean so all activities which  take place in KTI will always be normal and safe.
