PT Kutai Timber Indonesia is a joint venture of Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. and FA. Kaltimex Jaya. Our company was established in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia for the purpose of forest resource development. After that, we moved the base to Probolinggo, East Java, expanded the business scope including manufacturing plywood, building materials, particle board, and planting business of falcata and balsa, and as a comprehensive timber processing company. Until this moment we have been growth together alongside with our business partners and local communities.

As a member of the Sumitomo Forestry Group, we will continue to proactively utilize sustainable resources such as trees, which are friendly to humans and the global environment, and to renew our commitment to all employees to realize a prosperous society. We put our commitment to do so.
